"Everyone talks about AI, automation and cloud. We don't know where to start without breaking what we already have."

?

"Every department uses different tools, and information doesn't flow between them. We're losing time."

Consultant reviewing a digital evolution roadmap
Discovery turns scattered needs into a prioritised roadmap with owners and acceptance criteria.
The Evolution approach

Three phases. One single goal: your company advances without bumps.

We don't transform your company overnight. We make it evolve with you, at your pace, starting from what you already have and respecting it.

Phase 01

Diagnosis

We understand where you are today: architecture, processes, teams, technical debt and opportunities. An honest inventory, no make-up.

Phase 02

Roadmap

We design the path for 6/12/24 months with scope defined per phase after the diagnosis and a no-commitment quote, priorities based on impact and clear dependencies.

Phase 03

Guided evolution

We execute with you, step by step, planning each phase to minimise disruption and support real adoption inside the team.

Technical team coordinating a digital evolution project
Delivery brings business and technology together so each phase is adoptable, measurable and reversible.
What's included

An expert team covering all the key areas.

We don't sell standalone products. We sell a team that takes care of the whole, with the judgement to decide what to do and what not to do.

Cloud & collaboration

Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace migration and optimisation. Licensing, governance and integrated backup.

AI automation

Copilot, Power Automate, custom AI agents. We identify the processes with real return.

Evolved cybersecurity

Sophos, Fortinet, immutable backup and team training. Security as a habit, not a box.

Analytics & data

Dashboards, system integration and smart reporting. Decide with data, not intuition.

Modern infrastructure

Aruba / Cisco networks, next-generation WiFi, Lenovo / Dell / HPE hardware. A solid base without overpricing.

Human accompaniment

9×5 helpdesk, assigned consultant and quarterly reviews. A real person calls when something matters.

Team reviewing infrastructure and digital service metrics
Follow-up uses agreed measures to identify drift and select the next step from evidence.
How we work

Six milestones. Each with a clear deliverable.

What you sign is what you get. What doesn't add value, we don't do.

Instead of a generic document, we review your starting point and suggest the next step with both technical and business context.

Request diagnosis
Web dossier

Digital Evolution dossier: who it is for, what it covers and how we work.

What is worth knowing before you request a diagnosis: who it helps, how the work is organised, how a 6, 12 and 24-month roadmap is typically laid out, the governance and data-protection criteria we apply, and what falls outside.

Who is it for, and when does it make sense?

Digital Evolution is designed for companies whose technology works, but that want to decide with good judgement what to improve first and how to do it without disrupting the business. It typically fits three profiles.

Owner or management

You want to know whether technology is helping or holding you back and where to invest first, in business language and with a proposal you can compare and approve.

What you get. An executive report and a roadmap with priorities, dependencies and commercial terms per phase.

IT manager

You know well what needs doing, but you need an outside view, clear priorities and arguments to defend the plan in front of management.

What you get. A documented audit and a plan with explicit dependencies that you can present internally.

Operations manager

You worry that the change will disrupt day-to-day work or that the team will not adopt it.

What you get. Phased changes in agreed windows, with auditable milestones and department-level training.

Situations where it typically makes sense

  • Your systems work, but you suspect you are not getting everything they could give you.
  • There is interest in AI or automation, and it is not clear where to start without breaking what already exists.
  • Every department uses different tools and information does not flow between them.
  • There are several providers and nobody accountable for the whole.
  • There are pending decisions (licences, hardware renewal, security, backups) that are better planned than improvised.

When it may not be what you need

If what you need is a single, well-defined project or a one-off incident to resolve, a specific service is probably a better fit. In the diagnosis we will tell you so plainly.

What it covers: six areas, one plan

These are not individual products but six areas: cloud and collaboration, automation with AI, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure and accompaniment. They are worked on in a coordinated way and prioritised according to your starting point. The shared principle is to evolve without breaking what already works.

Cloud & collaboration

Email, files, identities, licences and backups in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with clarity on who has access to what.

Typically starts with: Reviewing existing licences, permissions and backups.

Automation with applied AI

Automating repetitive tasks and flows between systems (for example with Power Automate) and, where it adds value, using AI assistants or agents such as Copilot, with limited data and human review.

Typically starts with: Choosing a few processes by volume, risk of error and maintenance effort, not by novelty.

Cybersecurity

Protection of the workplace, the network and the backups, plus team training, as part of the plan rather than an afterthought.

Typically starts with: Assessing the current state and prioritising by the risk in your case.

Analytics & data

Integration between systems and reliable reports and dashboards to decide with data.

Typically starts with: Clarifying where each data point comes from and who is accountable for it before visualising it.

Modern infrastructure

Network, WiFi and hardware sized for what the business needs, without oversizing.

Typically starts with: Renewing only what the diagnosis justifies.

Human accompaniment

An assigned consultant, quarterly reviews and a 9×5 helpdesk, plus the training that helps the team adopt the change.

Typically starts with: Agreeing on contacts and on how often reviews take place.

How we avoid breaking what works

  • We start from what you already have: nothing is replaced unless the diagnosis justifies it.
  • Changes are made in phases, in agreed windows and with auditable milestones.
  • Before touching a critical system, we typically define how to roll back if something does not go as expected.
  • Adoption is part of the work: department sessions and custom materials.

How we work: from diagnosis to handover

The six milestones of the methodology are grouped into four stages. At each one you know what happens and what you receive: what you sign for is what you get.

  1. Milestones 01 and 02

    Diagnosis

A scoping meeting to set the starting point and the expected outcome, and an audit of infrastructure, security, processes, teams and technical debt.

    What you receive

    • Executive report of the audit
    • An honest inventory of the starting point
    • Opportunities and risks identified
  2. Milestone 03

    Plan

Design of the 6 / 12 / 24-month roadmap, with priorities by impact and clear dependencies.

    What you receive

    • Roadmap with priorities and dependencies
    • Scope defined per phase after the diagnosis and a no-commitment quote
    • Milestones and indicators agreed before starting: time, cost, incidents and adoption
  3. Milestones 04 and 05

    Guided delivery

Phased implementation in agreed change windows, with follow-up, and adoption of the change by the team.

    What you receive

    • Changes delivered in phases, with auditable milestones
    • Training sessions by department
    • Custom materials for the team
  4. Milestone 06

    Follow-up and handover

A review of results against what was agreed, adjustment of the roadmap and handover of what was delivered to whoever operates it (your team, your current provider or us, depending on the model chosen).

    What you receive

    • Review of results at the agreed frequency
    • Adjusted roadmap
    • Documentation of what was implemented, if agreed in scope

Indicative 6, 12 and 24-month roadmap

An illustrative example of how a roadmap is typically organised. It is not a proposal or a promise of timing or results: the real content, order and timing are defined after the diagnosis and adjusted at each review.

  1. Up to 6 months

    Set the foundations

Outcome sought. Know the starting point precisely and stabilise whatever creates the most risk or friction.

    Typical activities

    • Audit and inventory of systems, licences, access and backups.
    • Priority fixes for security and recovery.
    • Tidying identities, permissions and collaboration tools.
    • First low-risk, easy-to-adopt improvements.
    • Agreement on milestones and follow-up indicators.
  2. 6 to 12 months

    Connect and automate

Outcome sought. Reduce manual work and fragmentation between tools.

    Typical activities

    • Automating the first prioritised processes.
    • Integration between the main systems.
    • First reports and dashboards built on reviewed data.
    • Limited applied-AI pilots, with human review.
    • Training by department.
  3. 12 to 24 months

    Consolidate and evolve

Outcome sought. What was delivered is used, maintained and can be extended with good judgement.

    Typical activities

    • Extending to other areas whatever has worked.
    • Planned renewal of infrastructure and hardware, where appropriate.
    • Security review.
    • Re-assessing the roadmap with the results of the reviews.
    • Deciding who operates each area in the medium term.

Ways of working together

Indicative. After the initial meeting we define deliverables, phases and commercial terms so the proposal can be compared and approved without ambiguous items.

Alongside your current provider

We handle strategic diagnosis, the roadmap and new projects, while your provider maintains daily operations.

A good fit if: You have an IT provider covering the day to day and need an overall view and a plan.

With gradual takeover of operations

If you prefer, we take over operations step by step as the project evolves, with a single point of contact and a single plan.

A good fit if: You prefer to concentrate responsibility in one team, at a pace decided phase by phase.

Remote or on-site, depending on scope

We work remotely where the scope permits. For on-site work outside Madrid we assign the closest available local resource or partner, after validating location, timing, scope and access.

A good fit if: The format is confirmed at the scoping meeting and combines with either of the two models above.

In every case there is a single point of contact, a single plan and commercial terms per phase. We do not publish rates: they depend on company size, starting point and scope.

Governance, data and responsible use of AI

A technology project needs clear rules on who decides, which data is touched and how the work is reviewed. These are the criteria the service is built around; they are made specific in each client's proposal.

Project governance

  • A single point of contact and an assigned consultant.
  • Auditable milestones and reviews at the agreed frequency.
  • Indicators agreed before starting: time, cost, incidents and adoption.
  • Changes in agreed windows and scope confirmed at each phase.

Data and privacy

  • We start from the minimum access needed for each task, agreed in advance.
  • Before automating, connecting or analysing information, we identify which of it is personal or confidential.
  • GDPR is the common framework. NIS2 may apply depending on sector, size and the assumptions of the directive and its national transposition; other schemes, such as ENS or ISO 27001, depending on the client profile.
  • Where relevant, the diagnosis flags which regulations may be relevant so you can validate them with your adviser.

AI with limits

  • As a working rule, a responsible person reviews AI output before it affects customers, finances or important decisions.
  • Before an AI tool is used, we define which data it may process and which it may not.
  • We start from existing permissions: AI should not open access to information the person should not reach.
  • We first assess whether the tools you already have cover the case and, as a working rule, document what each automation does and who is accountable for it.
  • Pilots are typically scoped and designed so they can be rolled back.

This section describes working criteria. It is not legal advice or a compliance certification.

Scope and exclusions

What is included

  • A scoping meeting to set the starting point and the expected outcome.
  • A technical audit of infrastructure, security, processes, teams and technical debt, with an executive report.
  • A 6 / 12 / 24-month roadmap with commercial terms per phase, priorities and dependencies.
  • Phased implementation in agreed change windows, with auditable milestones and follow-up.
  • Adoption and training: department sessions and custom materials.
  • Ongoing follow-up: reviewing results and adjusting the roadmap within the accepted coverage.

What is not assumed

  • 24×7 support. Hours are business hours (9×5); for critical environments a specific escalation protocol can be defined within the agreed SLA, and on-call exists only when explicitly agreed.
  • Replacing your IT provider. The service is complementary: your provider can keep daily operations, and we only absorb them gradually if you prefer.
  • Individual products. We work on the whole, with the judgement to decide what to do and what not to do.
  • On-site work outside Madrid without validation. Location, timing, scope and access are confirmed for each request.
  • Legal advice or certifications. The diagnosis may flag potentially relevant regulations, but it does not replace a legal adviser or a certification audit.
  • Results fixed in advance. They depend on the starting point, dependencies and adoption, which is why milestones and indicators are agreed per phase.

What we need from you and how to prepare for the diagnosis

A good diagnosis depends as much on the information available as on the people involved. You do not need to have everything in order: helping you organise it is part of the work.

What we need from you

  • A contact with decision-making authority and, if you have one, an internal IT person.
  • Access to the information and systems needed, with the permissions agreed.
  • Availability of key people for interviews, validations and training.
  • Change windows agreed with the areas affected.
  • If you have a current provider, their cooperation in sharing the necessary information.

How to prepare for the diagnosis (optional)

  • A list of the main applications, providers and contracts, even if incomplete.
  • The three problems that cost you the most time or friction today.
  • Your business goals for the coming months.
  • Constraints to bear in mind: peak seasons, sector regulation, sites, downtime windows.
  • Who decides, and what is needed to approve a proposal.

How to compare proposals (ours or anyone else's)

  • Scope and deliverables per phase, in writing.
  • Commercial terms per phase, without ambiguous items.
  • Who is accountable for the whole and who for each part.
  • What is left out, stated clearly.
  • How progress is measured and with which indicators.
  • How access and data are handled, and how the work is handed over if you ever change provider.

More common questions

Is this dossier a proposal?

No. It is a general description of the service and the method. The proposal is prepared after the initial meeting, with deliverables, phases and commercial terms specific to your case.

Is the roadmap a fixed document?

No. It is designed as a living plan: it is reviewed at the agreed frequency and adjusted with the results and with changes in business priorities.

Do we have to migrate everything?

No. We start from what you already have and only propose changing what the diagnosis justifies. Keeping what works is part of the approach.

What happens to the tools and providers I already have?

They are assessed in the diagnosis. If they work, they stay; if something should change, we explain why and how to do it in phases and in agreed windows.

How much time does my team need to dedicate?

It depends on the scope. Typically we need a contact with decision-making authority and the occasional involvement of key people in each area for interviews, validations and training. This is agreed at the scoping meeting.

How is AI used with my company's data?

With limits defined in advance: which data each tool may process, with which permissions, and with human review of the results that matter. This is made specific in the diagnosis and the proposal, depending on the tools you already use.

What if I only need one specific project?

Then a specific service, such as cybersecurity, cloud or infrastructure, may be a better fit. Digital Evolution is useful when there are several pieces to coordinate. In the diagnosis we point you towards whatever makes most sense.

FAQ

What people always ask us.

How much does Digital Evolution cost?

It depends on company size, the starting point and scope. After the initial meeting we define deliverables, phases and commercial terms so the proposal can be compared and approved without ambiguous items.

What if I already have an IT provider?

We can coexist. Digital Evolution is complementary: we handle strategic diagnosis, the roadmap and the execution of new projects, while your provider maintains daily operations. If you prefer, we can gradually absorb operations as the project evolves.

Do you offer 24×7 support?

Not by default. We work in business hours (9×5) because we believe daytime service quality is what prevents night-time emergencies. For critical environments we can define a specific escalation protocol within the agreed SLA. We tell you that clearly, before signing.

How is this different from contracting individual services?

In its coherence. Hiring five services from five providers leaves you with five contacts, five invoices and nobody accountable for the whole. Digital Evolution is a single point of contact, a single plan and a single team that ensures the pieces fit together.

How long until impact shows?

Timing depends on scope, dependencies and change windows. Before work starts, we agree milestones and KPIs — time, cost, incidents and adoption — to measure each phase.

Do you work with companies outside Madrid?

Yes. We work remotely where the scope permits. For on-site work outside Madrid, we validate the location, timing, scope and access for each request and assign the closest available local resource or partner.
