Consent-exempt technical storage
The site does not currently set its own technical cookies. It stores your analytics choice in browser local storage, which is not used to identify you or for any other purpose.

Analytics cookies (require consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, navigation and conversions. Without consent, consent mode remains denied: no analytics cookies are stored, although Google may receive cookieless technical signals. With your consent, the following cookies are enabled:

Google may process technical information outside the EEA under the applicable safeguards, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not use Google Analytics for personalised advertising.
Advertising and social-media cookies
We do not currently use advertising or social-media cookies. If incorporated in the future (e.g. LinkedIn pixel for campaigns), prior user consent would be requested.
3. Managing consent
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you:
- Allow analytics — enables Google Analytics cookies.
- Only necessary — keeps analytics storage denied.
Your choice is stored locally as it-cookie-consent. You can
review or change it at any time through "Manage cookies" in the footer,
as easily as you first gave it.
4. How to disable cookies in your browser
Note that disabling all cookies may affect the proper functioning of the site.
5. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect technical or regulatory changes. Any significant modification will be communicated through this same document with the new update date.
