• What does Impulso Tecnológico do?

  We are an IT consulting and managed services company for businesses. We cover IT consulting, managed services and maintenance, IT outsourcing, infrastructure and networks, cybersecurity, cloud and Microsoft 365, server installation, Verkada physical security and digital evolution. The point is to give you a single point of contact for your company’s technology, from cabling to the cloud, instead of coordinating several providers separately.
• Do you only work in Madrid?

  No. We have an in-house team in Madrid and work with companies across the rest of Spain and in Portugal. Outside Madrid we combine remote support with on-site work through the closest available local resource or partner. Location, timing, scope and access are confirmed for each request before a visit is committed.
• What kind of company is this service for?

  For companies that rely on their technology to work and do not want its upkeep to depend on one person’s memory. It usually fits companies without an IT department that need someone to take care of everything, and companies with a small internal team that needs support with projects, security or day-to-day help.
• How much does IT maintenance cost?

  Managed maintenance is contracted as a flat fee based on the number of devices to maintain, with a fixed price once that number is known. Projects such as a migration, a new network or an audit are assessed case by case once the scope is defined, always without commitment.
• What happens to the systems and providers we already have?

  There is no need to start from scratch. We start from what already works: we review devices, licences, backups, network and contracts, and propose what to keep, what to improve and in which order. We can work alongside your internal team or other providers, making clear who is responsible for what.
• Can you help us with NIS2 or the ENS?

  Yes, on the technical side: asset inventory, security controls, backups, access management, incident logging and evidence documentation. We do not provide legal advice or issue certifications; if you need to know whether your company is in scope, a legal adviser should confirm it.
• How do we get started?
