These terms apply to Autogram, the voice-first Telegram client developed by Impulso Tecnológico S.L.. By enabling messaging, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these rules. Autogram is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Telegram.
1. Provider and scope
Autogram is provided by Impulso Tecnológico S.L., tax ID ES-B82696105, at Calle Delmira Agustini 5, local 4, 28021 Madrid – España. Contact: dpo@impulsotecnologico.com.
2. Eligibility and third-party service
You must be 18 or older and have a valid Telegram account. Access, messages and moderation depend on Telegram and are also governed by the Telegram Terms of Service. Impulso cannot recover, unblock or administer your Telegram account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Autogram to access your Telegram conversations, listen to messages and send replies that you initiate, while respecting the law, third-party rights and Telegram's rules.
4. Prohibited conduct and content
Do not use Autogram to create, send, promote or facilitate illegal content; child exploitation or endangerment; threats, violence, hate, harassment or abuse; fraud, impersonation, malware or dangerous acts; spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; or infringement of privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
5. Blocking, reporting and enforcement
You can block conversations from shortcut management and report received messages from History. Autogram sends these actions directly to Telegram through TDLib; Telegram handles them under its policies and Impulso does not receive the reported content. For Autogram-specific concerns, email legal@impulsotecnologico.com. Telegram may restrict accounts, and Impulso may withdraw its own features or support where necessary for safety, legal compliance or serious abuse.
6. Privacy, availability and changes
The Autogram privacy policy explains the app's data handling. Autogram is provided as available and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of Telegram, Android, Android Auto or optional third-party services. We may update these terms and ask for renewed acceptance after a material change. Spanish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
