2. What Autogram does
Autogram is an independent application that connects directly to Telegram through TDLib. It lets users select conversations, listen to messages and reply by voice from a phone or Android Auto.
3. Data and purposes
Telegram sign-in details are sent directly to Telegram through TDLib and are not received by Impulso. Telegram user, chat, topic and message identifiers, message text, voice notes and user-initiated recordings are used to display selected conversations, play messages and deliver replies. Conversation history, settings, shortcuts and temporary media are stored in the app's private local storage.
4. AI, transcription and diagnostics
On-device transcription and Gemini Nano processing remain on the device when supported. External AI summaries are off by default. Autogram gives a prominent disclosure and requests consent before sending selected message text to a user-configured HTTPS endpoint, whose own privacy terms apply. The Google Play build does not send automatic crash reports or screenshots. Manual diagnostic sharing uses Android's share sheet and the user chooses the recipient.
5. Moderation and safety
When you block a conversation or report a message, Autogram sends the request and the identifiers or details you select directly to Telegram through TDLib. Telegram processes the report under its own policies. Impulso does not receive or store the reported content.
6. Permissions, security and retention
Microphone, notifications, phone state, Bluetooth and foreground-service access are used only for voice messaging, call-aware playback, audio routing, background Telegram reception and user-expected playback. Local data is protected by Android's application sandbox; new installations use an app-generated TDLib database key and optional AI credentials are stored encrypted. Google Play builds require HTTPS for external AI endpoints.
7. Deletion and rights
Settings → Privacy and data → Disconnect Telegram and erase local data removes the local session, conversations, recordings, shortcuts, settings and diagnostics. It does not delete the Telegram account or Telegram-held messages. Autogram does not create its own account. To exercise GDPR rights, contact dpo@impulsotecnologico.com or complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
